Role Overview:

As a B.D.R, you will serve as a crucial player in our strategy to build and maintain referral partnerships. Your mission: to present our unique Blueprint Presentation to prospective partners, and, through our foundational business process, drive the growth of our referral network and enhance the quantity and quality of referrals we receive.

This is a unique, hybrid role that combines remote work with travel to appointments or referral partner offices. It’s important to note that this isn't a client-facing role – you won't interact with borrowers but will be key to our team’s success through outreach to professionals like real estate agents, title agents, divorce attorneys, builders, and more.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Eager to learn our Customer Management Systems.
  • Comfortable with social media as a professional tool.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and ambitious.
  • Reliable transportation for appointments.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
  • An eagerness to learn about a variety of loan products.

Experience

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, with an estimated range of annual income between $50,000 and $120,000. Better yet, we do not cap commissions, meaning your earning potential is limitless. This full-time role could eventually become a part-time position while still offering full-time income potential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to establish new partnerships.
  • Follow our Blueprint communication method.
  • Present our Blueprint Presentation to potential referral partners.
  • Utilize and manage your partnerships within our Customer Management Systems.
  • Leverage social media for professional networking, Personnel and business pages
  • Learn about a variety of loan products.

This is a fulltime position
